Services

NESSIA TOURS offers:

• Private chauffeur services (VTC)

• Transfers (airports, hotels, train stations)

• Vehicle hire with driver

Booking

Bookings can be made:

• via the website

• by email

• by phone

A booking is considered confirmed once validated by NESSIA TOURS.

Pricing

Prices are:

• expressed in local currency

• fixed in advance or estimated

Additional charges may apply for:

• waiting time

• route changes

• oversized luggage

• specific conditions

Payment

Payment can be made:

• online

• in cash

• by credit card

Payment is due before or immediately after the service, depending on the agreed terms.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to X hours before the service

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be fully charged

Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

• provide accurate information

• respect schedules

• behave appropriately

• not damage the vehicle

Liability

NESSIA TOURS shall not be held liable for:

• delays due to traffic or external circumstances

• force majeure

• incorrect information provided by the customer
